Very pleasant

Madame Christine Lagarde, the French Minister of Finance, has been appointed the new boss of the IMF International Monetary Fund.

I have always admired Madame Lagarde for her intelligence, her behaviour and her elegance. And though I am not French, I am extremely pleased and very proud that she was chosen for this high and for the world very important function.

Hi!

Well with the world in turmoil I hope she has some miracles to offer. lol
Seems the rest of the world has no inkling as what to do especially with Greece.
People want and want and want. Not enough to go around.

She is special. I'm pleased that she got the job too.

She was head of a major corporate legal firm before. Very americanized. Hardly a typical Frenchwoman, but more into international politics and multinational corporate money markets (mergers and acquisitions is one of the specialities of her former firm).
